Motorcycles and how to manage them

Motor Cycles and How to Manage Them was compiled by the staff of “The Motor Cycle”, and published by Iliffe  & Sons Ltd in 1943.
The text and illustrations apply to machines dating back over many years, and the underlying theme is to tell readers everything they are likely to want to know about motorcycles, their care and management, with chapters dealing with every aspect, from choosing a machine through to a complete guide to every facet of maintenance.
The book measures approx 5”x7 ½”, with over 270 information-packed pages, 143 illustrations and diagrams, and an interesting selection of period advertisements. Though simple in phraseology, it contains the accumulated knowledge of years of practical experience and hundreds of tips and hints. No owner, enthusiast or historian should be without it!
