The Story of the T.T.

The Story of the T.T. was written by G S Davison, editor of “The T.T. Special”, and published by the magazine in 1947.
It is a warm, friendly account of the TT’s first forty years, written more about characters than cams, and gives the “feel” of these years better than any other publication, largely because, I think, it was drawn mainly from personal recollection.
Contributions from some of the most well-known TT stars of the day make for added interest, and a full listing of winners, etc. satisfies the desire for statistics.
Measuring approx. 5”x7 ½”, there are 131 enjoyable pages, illustrated throughout with photographs and cartoons. Ideal for the TT enthusiast, or anyone with an interest in motorcycle racing and its history!
